1. Profile Analysis - This is the process of understanding the position we are working on. This consists of a detailed understanding of both the job requirements and the intangible aspects of the ideal person that leads to optimal performance.
2. Network Optimization - In this Star Executive Search will begin to contact individuals within out network to be able to identify potential matches.
3. Identification and Illumination - We look to remove the volume and put our clients in contact with the best possible match for their needs.
4. Initial Selection - Once a candidate has been identified we will conduct an in depth interview with the sales professional to get a better understanding of that individual's background.
5. Candidate Submittal - If a candidate interviews with Star Executive Search and we feel as though they are a match, we will submit that individual to the hiring manager for their approval.
6. Hiring Manager Phone Screen - The hiring manager will conduct an initial phone screen with the candidate to ensure that we have provided a viable match.
7. Hiring Manager Face to Face - The hiring manager will meet the candidate in person and make their selection.
8. Offer - The ultimate goal of the process is to allow a quick and easy connection between the employee and the employer. If there is a match we will work with the hiring manager to execute an offer letter for the prospective professional.
